  • Prof. Dr. Belal Ismail Khalil Al-Khateeb
    University of Anbar, Iraq
    Dr. Al-Khateeb specializes in Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on medical imaging, metaheuristic optimization, and deep learning. His groundbreaking research includes cancer classification, COVID-19 diagnostics, and energy efficiency in wireless networks.

  • Associate Prof. Dr. Hilal H. Nuha
    Telkom University, Indonesia
