The standard Article Processing Charge (APC) is 1,000 USD, payable only after an article is accepted for publication.

Full APC Waiver: As part of a publisher-wide initiative by Mesopotamian Academic Press, a 100% APC waiver is available to authors and researchers worldwide for all eligible manuscripts submitted from 20 August 2026 through 31 December 2026. The waiver is applied automatically, and no promotional code is required. Authors whose manuscripts are covered by this waiver will not be charged the APC or any other mandatory publication, production, or processing fees.
