Publication Ethics
Commitment to Publication Ethics
Authors are strongly advised to uphold the highest standards of publication ethics. The Mesopotamian Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare (MJAIH) enforces strict policies against unethical practices, including plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, and duplicate publication without proper citation.
AI Plagiarism Detection
As part of our dedication to maintaining publication ethics, MJAIH has implemented a robust policy to combat AI-assisted plagiarism. Effective from May 1st, 2023, with the launch of Turnitin's AI detection tool, all submitted manuscripts will undergo comprehensive plagiarism checks using Turnitin.
This screening is conducted immediately after submission and prior to editorial review. Any manuscript with detected overlaps or similarities will trigger an investigation. Submissions with significant AI plagiarism will be rejected.
Upholding Academic Integrity
Through this policy, MJAIH aims to safeguard the originality and integrity of the research we publish. We encourage all authors to follow academic integrity principles and contribute ethically and responsibly to the advancement of scientific knowledge.
All manuscripts are screened using Turnitin for plagiarism detection.
