The Mesopotamian Journal of Civil Engineering (MJCE) is pleased to announce a full waiver of Article Processing Charges (APCs) for all authors for the period from 20 August 2026 through 31 December 2026.
During this period, authors will not be required to pay any publication fees for articles covered by this waiver.
This initiative reflects the journal’s commitment to supporting researchers, encouraging the dissemination of high-quality scientific work, and advancing research across the diverse fields of Civil Engineering and related disciplines.
The Mesopotamian Journal of Civil Engineering is indexed in Scopus, Crossref, Scilit, and Google Scholar and welcomes high-quality original research, reviews, and scholarly contributions within its scope.
