Author Guidelines
The Mesopotamian Journal of Civil Engineering (MJCE) is an online, multi-media, academic journal that adheres to the highest standards of peer review and engages established and emerging scholars from around the world.

Authors should prepare their manuscript using the MJCE Word Template or LaTeX Template.
Manuscripts must be submitted through the ScholarOne Manuscripts (Clarivate) online submission system. Only manuscripts prepared in accordance with the MJCE format and submitted via ScholarOne will be considered for peer review.

The manuscript should be original and must not have been previously published or be under consideration by any other journal.
All submitted papers will be reviewed by experts in the field, evaluating the originality, clarity of presentation, and significance to the field of science.
As part of MJCE’s commitment to timely publication, editors aim to complete the review process within four weeks. If authors do not receive any notification within this period, they are encouraged to contact the editorial office.
MJCE is an open access international journal. We are pleased to inform all authors that there are no fees for manuscript submission or publication; all articles are published free of charge.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure: As part of the submission process, all authors are required to complete and submit a Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure form along with their manuscript. This ensures transparency and upholds the integrity of the publication process.
